Poster Session Guidelines

• Each poster should measure 3 ft wide by 4 ft high.

• All posters should feature a title, your name, the name of the institution where the research was performed, and should credit other contributors, as appropriate.  

• Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the symposium.

• Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the symposium begins (i.e., by 8:30 am) in order to hang your poster and finalize setup. Mounting supplies will be provided at the venue.
